I had this around 9:15. And ya, it did look a bit gross, but looks can be very deceiving! It was excellent! I put oats, protein powder and Kraft all natural PB. Then I added in a little almond milk and a mashed banana. In the am I microwaved it for about 30 second and added some honey on top! Soooooo good! And an excellent way for me to eat my oats since I hate oatmeal(I'm hoping I'll learn to love it someday but until then...)!! I enjoyed this with a cup of Tim Horton's home brewed coffee with almond milk and agave nectar. The rest of the morning was spent studying and doing more laundry. Then came lunch!
I had an ezekial tortilla with my leftover eat clean egg salad and spinach! On the side was half and banana and half an orange. I'm not gonna lie, I ditched the wrap 1/4 way through and just ate the salad. I microwaved the wrap to make it soft and microwaved it a bit too long so it was basically hard as rock (whoops)! Then I threw an apple and a Kashi chewy granola bar into my purse and off to school I went!
I wrote my final in record time (less than 30 minutes for 70 questions)!! I did pretty good and was quite happy as I left the school. Off to my moms! She made a pot of coffee that was ready upon my arrival! Much needed!! We chatted and attempted to fix her food processor (not successful : (!!) I ate my apple and headed to the gym. Got to the gym around 4 and did 4 miles on the eliptical in about 38 minutes. It was a really good workout! I've read that drinking coffee before a workout is supposed to be good and I think they're right! I had soo much energy I think I could've went forever!! I really wanna get on the tready but my shoes gave me blisters on the back of my feet the other day so the eliptical is all I can do until they're healed. Next up was to grab a few groceries! I ate my Kashi bar in line because the lady ahead was taking forever!! She couldn't figure out her debit and they had to re-do it about 5 times! Then I got home around 5:45 to make dinner!
I had frozen pizza (wanted to eat it up since it has been in the freezer for a while) and a salad with pretty much every veggie there is! The pizza was a whole wheat thin crust with chicken, broccoli, red peppers, onions (which I picked off before eating)! It was really good and some pretty good nutritional facts too! I put the rest in the fridge for another night! I also had some water in my loooooong lost lulu lemon water bottle! I was looking for this thing forever and finally found it today in a box under the kitchen sink! How'd it get there? I have no idea!! Anyways Im heading off. Gotta make tomorrows lunch since I picked up some well needed overtime and watch The Real World! 20 minutes til the show starts! Goodnight!
