Major song recommendation!!!

Ok so usually I blog at night but I was just at the gym and remembered that I HAVE to tell everyone about this song! Its called "Don't let your feet touch ground" by Ash Koley! It's the absolute perfect running song! When I hear it I stand taller and feel automatically more energized! I must've listened to it at least 4 times while running this gym sesh!! Other songs that were in my playlist today included:

1)Taylor Swift- Today was a fairytale
2)Nickelback- This afternoon
3)Timbaland (ft. Katy Perry)- If we ever meet again
4)DJ Earworm- United States of pop 2009
5)Jack's Mannequin- Miss Delaney
6)Kesha- Blah Blah Blah
7)Lady Antebellum- American Honey (this is a new fav song!!)

There was a few more but I really can't remember what I put in there! Usually I skip songs if I'm feeling they are too slow or not the right beat. I like running to the beat of songs! So I did about 3.5 miles on the tready. Switching up between running and walking on an incline. It was a really good workout! I'm glad I had my coffee before (I swear it really works!!). I also had my breakfast cookie before the gym! I woke up at 9:30 (had my cookie) and lounged around til 11 when I went to the gym! I got home about 12:15 and made a miracle green monster!

It had 1/2 cup almond milk, bit of water, 1/2 scoop protein powder, a whole bunch of spinach and heaping 1/2 cup of field berries! Mmmm delicious!! I made it in my cute little green Betty Crocker blender! I left this at my parents when I moved out and my mom gave it back to me the other day! Soooo happy to have this little guy back! I swear it works better than my big one! Now that I finished off my spinach I'm off to Cosco to buy a family size pack since I go through this stuff like it's going out of style! Then I have a supper date with my best friend Jen!! She's a personal trainer who's also considering becoming a nurse! We're going to a restaurant in town that I've never been to called the Rooftop! I checked out the menu online to make sure they have some healthy choices and I found quite a few picks so this should be a gooooood dinner!! Ttyl!!!

  2. Thanks Gabriela! That blender was super cheap! I think only like 10 or 15 bucks! I bought it a couple years ago though but I'm sure they still make something like it. They came in different colors too!
